How reviewed decisions help with the next task
02/08/2026
Reviewing an AI answer creates work that may help with the next similar task: finding the source, checking the applicable policy and recording corrections. Other people can reuse that work if they can understand the basis for the decision.
Record the sources used
A useful answer alone is not enough. For example, product information may be correct today and become outdated when a price list changes. Record which source and version were used and who reviewed the answer.
This helps with the next review. Before repeating the research, the team can assess whether the earlier decision still applies to the current case.
Account for approvals and corrections
NomOS links sources, proposals and decisions in the impact graph. Process owners review which content is approved. An approved exception applies within its defined scope; it does not automatically become a general policy.
For connected agents, you define which steps they may execute and when a person must decide. The completeness of these controls depends on the technical integration.
Include maintenance effort in the evaluation
Sources and policies need maintenance. An evaluation therefore needs to include setup, approvals and later changes as well as potential time savings per request.
In a 30-day pilot, we compare two selected workflows with your current approach. This shows whether reuse provides enough value in those cases. How NomOS works.
