AI Harness Engineer
Workload 50 to 100% | Location Zug or remote within DACH/EU
You build the environment in which AI agents work safely: MCP gateway, policy checks, evals and evidence pipelines. You bring practical experience with LLM tools and build controls for agent actions.

DevOps Engineer
Workload 50 to 100% | Location Zug or remote within DACH/EU
You bring NomOS into customer environments: Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD. You set up deployments in customer cloud accounts and on-premises clusters.

Site Reliability Engineer
Workload 50 to 100% | Location Zug or remote within DACH/EU
You keep NomOS running reliably: observability, capacity, incident response and hardening the platform on which regulated customers run their AI governance.

Sales Representative & Account Manager
Workload 50 to 100% | Location Zug or remote within DACH/EU
You build our pipeline in the DACH region and support customers from the first conversation through the 30-day pilot to the rollout. Your counterparts are IT and AI leads together with the process owners of the workflows being evaluated.

Business Development Lead

You develop our partner network: hosting, technology and sales partnerships in Switzerland and the EU. You recruit partners and develop joint customer projects with them.
