Privacy
In brief: this website sets no cookies and creates no cross-site user profiles. Technically necessary connection data is processed when the site is accessed. The audience measurement section states whether cookieless measurement is active. Details in the sections below.

Hosting
This website is delivered as a static site from storage in the AWS Zurich region (eu-central-2), with Amazon CloudFront as the delivery network. When you access it, the infrastructure provider processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested resource) for delivery and operational security. We keep no person-related server logs of our own.
No cookies
This website sets no cookies and no persistent comparable identifiers for advertising or audience measurement. That is why you see no cookie banner here. On form pages, the security check described below creates a short-lived verification token.
Analytics
No analytics are running at present. This website loads no analytics script and sends no data to third parties for audience measurement.
Once we enable measurement it will use Plausible Analytics, cookieless and operated in the EU. It would record aggregated metrics such as page views, referrer source, country and device type, without cookies or cross-site profiles. This page adapts to the actual configuration when measurement is enabled.
Whitepaper requests
The form collects first name, last name, company and e-mail address as required fields, and optionally company size, industry and how you found us. We also process the request ID, timestamp, form language, page, referrer and any campaign parameters. We use these details to send the whitepaper download link, secure delivery and understand the enquiry. A whitepaper request does not create a sales deal.
Launch Event registration
For the free event registration, we collect first name, last name, company and e-mail address together with the technical request and campaign data described above. We use them to confirm the registration, deliver the invitation and send reminders two weeks, one week and one day before the event. These messages belong to the registration and do not constitute consent to general marketing.
Partner applications and partner attribution
A partner programme application collects first name, last name, company, company website, business e-mail address, type of partnership, region and target industries, relevant experience and a first concrete opportunity. We use these details to assess the fit and respond personally.
A partner link may contain a ref parameter. We keep a
valid partner code only in the session storage of the current browser
tab so it can be submitted with a later enquiry in that tab. It is not
a cookie, expires when the tab is closed and is not used to create a
cross-site profile. When an enquiry is submitted, we store the code
to attribute the contact and any resulting opportunity to the
referring partner.
Form protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, California 94107, USA) on pages containing an enquiry form to prevent automated submissions and abuse of our e-mail delivery. When you open one of these forms, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection and browser information and provides us with a short-lived verification token. We use Turnstile in managed mode, without advertising or audience measurement. The token is valid for no more than five minutes and can be used only once.
This processing protects our systems and prevents abusive enquiries. Cloudflare may process data in further countries under its contractual data-protection safeguards.
After submission, the website sends your details to n8n Cloud (n8n GmbH, Novalisstrasse 10, 10115 Berlin, Germany). n8n validates, deduplicates and routes the enquiry automatically on cloud infrastructure in the European Union. No n8n AI feature is used for this process. Execution data is retained for no more than 30 days, and complete form payloads are excluded from logs wherever technically possible.
We send the download link or acknowledgement through Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland) from hello@ainomos.ch. Our messages contain no open-tracking pixels. The whitepaper uses a signed download link. When it is used, we record the click time and delivery status on the contact; the link contains no e-mail address. Delivery-failure notices and replies are recorded as technical status metadata, not as complete e-mail content.
We store the enquiry in Attio (Attio Limited, 42 St John's Square, 2nd Floor, London EC1M 4EA, United Kingdom) to process and follow up on it. Attio holds contacts, companies, request type, attribution and handling status. PoC enquiries, edition reservations and event registrations also receive an associated record. Partner applications are associated with a partner company and a dedicated partner pipeline. For enquiries made through a partner link, we also store the partner code and link any resulting opportunity to the referring partner. Full e-mail bodies and a complete mailbox history are not copied to Attio.
Access is currently limited to David Berier and Michael, and later to additional expressly authorised team members. For PoC and reservation enquiries, the responsible people receive an internal notification and a reminder every twelve hours until handling is confirmed. Partner applications generate an internal notification without an automatic reminder. The interested person receives an immediate short acknowledgement. Event reminders instead go directly to the registered person two weeks, one week and one day before the event.
We delete CRM details no later than 24 months after the most recent interaction, unless legal duties require longer retention or you validly request earlier erasure. Processors may handle data in further countries. Their contractual safeguards, including appropriate standard contractual clauses where needed, apply to those transfers.
Delivery of a requested document, an acknowledgement, the event invitation and its reminders, and a personal answer are transactional messages. You receive other Ainomos messages only if you explicitly agree in the form. That agreement is optional, is not a condition for the whitepaper or event attendance and can be withdrawn at any time.
Legal basis and processors
We process enquiries in order to take steps at your request before a potential contract and to answer the specific enquiry. Technical security, deduplication and orderly follow-up also rely on our legitimate interest in reliable business operations. Marketing relies only on your consent. Contractual data-processing terms are in place or apply with the processors we use. Provider terms are available from n8n, Google and Attio.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability, and the right to object to processing. Write to hello@ainomos.ch.
