Founding Partner Programme 2026

We are looking for partners to implement NomOS.

We are looking for advisory, integration and technology firms to implement NomOS and provide business or technical support for customers. Together, we define the use case, configure the platform and support the first pilot.

Who we are looking for

Areas where we are looking for partners

You understand your customers’ workflows and assess the sources, approvals and technical integrations they need.

  • Advisory and compliance

You help customers translate regulatory requirements into internal rules and responsibilities.

  • Delivery and integration

You connect identities, data sources, business applications and agents and support customer setup and implementation.

  • Technology and business applications

You connect NomOS to your customers’ platforms and industry applications.

  • Infrastructure

You provide controlled operating environments and take responsibility for security, availability and data location.

A strong fit

The experience you bring

  • experience with regulated or complex organisations
  • your own advisory, integration or delivery capabilities
  • access to real use cases rather than contact lists alone
  • a commitment to start a joint pilot within 90 days
Not yet a fit

When a partnership is not yet a good fit

  • lead referrals without professional involvement
  • large reseller catalogues without named accountability
  • claims that go beyond demonstrable enforcement
  • no defined market, target industry or first opportunity

What partners receive

How we support our partners

  • Direct access

An introduction led by the founders, a demonstration environment and a direct line to product and engineering.

  • Shared opportunities

Clear attribution of joint opportunities, sales support and jointly delivered pilots.

  • Visibility

Joint content, events and a public partner profile after the first successful project.

  • Early influence

Feedback from real implementations feeds directly into integrations, documentation and product planning.

The admission process

How to become an Ainomos partner

  1. 01

    Check the fit

We discuss your market, capabilities, target customers and named programme owner.

  2. 02

    Learn how NomOS works

You explore the product, governance model and its boundaries in a working session.

  3. 03

    Deliver the first pilot

The partnership proves itself across two real customer workflows.

  4. 04

    Confirm partner status

A public partner profile follows the first joint success. Partner status is reviewed annually.

Founding Infrastructure Partner

Xelon is our preferred hosting partner in Switzerland.

For hosting in Switzerland, a dedicated environment on Xelon infrastructure is planned. Whether model processing also stays in that environment depends on the connected models and configured data flows.

We are transparent about the relationship: Ainomos co-founder Michael Dudli founded Xelon and now chairs its board.

Does this sound like your organisation?

Tell us where you operate, what capabilities you bring and which first opportunity you would like to develop with Ainomos. Michael or David will respond personally.
