Our first product, NomOS, connects AI work with your company’s knowledge, policies and decisions. Teams build on reviewed results instead of repeating the same preparation. Web chat and MCP capabilities form the core of the platform.
AI models and providers will continue to change. An organisation's knowledge, decisions and audit trail need to outlast any individual model. Customers decide where their data, models and evidence are processed within the agreed configuration. We are based in Zug.
We apply the same principles inside our own company. AI agents operate under defined governance rules, and we record the information used for each decision and the person responsible. Our own company is the first use case for the platform.
Why "Ainomos"?
The second part of our name comes from the ancient Greek word nomos (νόμος). It means law, custom or convention: an order created by people and recognised as binding. In that sense, nomos stands apart from an order considered fixed and unchangeable by nature.
AI and nomos become Ainomos. The name describes what we are building: AI that does not operate in isolation, but within an organisation's rules, responsibilities and decisions. The model does not set that order. People do.

Michael Dudli
Co-founder & CEO
Michael founded Xelon in 2016 and built it into a successful Swiss cloud provider: on the Xelon platform, IT service providers and companies run their infrastructure in Swiss data centres, under their own control. Today he chairs Xelon's board of directors, our hosting partner for NomOS, and supports Switzerland's start-up ecosystem through the Swiss Startup Association.
As CEO of Ainomos, Michael leads growth, partnerships and sovereign operations.

David Berier
Co-founder & CTO
David has built software for the Swiss federal administration, FIFA, Swisscom and LGT Bank. From these projects he knows the engineering discipline required to build stable, secure and auditable enterprise systems.
As CTO, David leads product and technology, from the governance engine to MCP-based agent integration.

The Advisory Board advises the founders on strategic, specialist and ethical questions. It broadens our perspective without taking on operational responsibility or company decisions.

NomOS
Our core product connects company knowledge, policies and decisions. Employees use web chat. Through MCP, agents can retrieve knowledge, submit proposals and request checks on planned actions.
From October 2026, NomOS enters production use with selected customers. Ainomos supports the rollout for both SaaS and Self-Hosted. General availability (GA) follows in March 2027.
