An agent wants to export customer data. The required approval is missing.
NomOS routes the case
The policy, data scope and rationale are presented to the responsible role for a decision.
The responsible person decides in NomApp
They receive a notification and review the case. The decision returns to NomOS; NomGate applies it to the requested action.
The reviewed decision remains in NomOS. A later case can build on it where it still applies.

Employees work in web chat and agents through MCP. They retrieve knowledge, submit proposals and request checks on planned actions. Subject-matter owners review new content and make decisions in NomOS.

A local service for Windows and macOS is planned to check connected AI access and agent actions against NomOS policies and pause them when needed. Supported tools and execution paths are part of NomGate’s development.
- Planned: knowledge and approvals on the go
NomApp is planned to give authorised people mobile access and notify the responsible role about pending cases. Decisions are intended to remain in NomOS with their basis, scope and rationale.
NomOS MCP capabilities can be used independently of these planned extensions. Release dates for NomGate and NomApp have not been announced.
